I've listened to his story, and I think it sounds credible. But he doesn't have a story for his conversions on "gay rights" and gun control. So, here's my speculation ... As Romney realized that he'd been wrong on abortion, he decided to change his lifelong pattern of being pro-choice, but was now faced with a dilemma -- being pro-life makes him a social conservative. It's going to be darn hard to run as a pro-life, pro-gay gun-controller. The other positions had to move right in order to make a saleable platform for his run. You know, I’m even willing to believe Romney’s pro-life conversion. I’ve listened to his story, and I think it sounds credible.
